1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

Birth details: the date, time and place of birth you enter, and the same details for any second person in a compatibility reading. These are the core input to every chart and we treat them as sensitive.

Account details: your name, email address and profile image, received from Google when you choose to sign in. We never receive your Google password.

Order details: what you bought, when, the amount, and the payment reference returned by our payment gateway. We do not receive or store card numbers, UPI credentials or bank details.

Content you submit: questions, uploaded documents, and feedback you record against a reading.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and server logs, collected automatically to keep the service running and secure.

A visitor identifier: a random number your browser generates on your first visit and keeps in its own storage, sent with each reading you run. It contains nothing about you and is never linked to any advertising. We use it only to count how many people use the site and to see which readings are run together, which an IP address alone cannot tell us. Clearing your browser storage removes it, and a private window never keeps one.

3. Why we use it

To compute your chart and prepare, deliver and store your reading; to operate your account; to process payments and issue receipts; to respond to your questions; to detect abuse and secure the service; and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not use your birth details or readings for advertising, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

4. On what basis

We process your data on the consent you give when you submit it, and, where applicable, to perform the contract between us and to comply with law. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and may mean we can no longer provide the service.

5. Who we share it with

The astrologer you request a reading from, who receives the chart and the question in order to answer it.

Our service providers, strictly to run the service: cloud hosting and database (Google Cloud), authentication (Google Firebase), and our payment gateway. They process data on our instructions.

Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose, and a successor entity if the business is transferred - in which case this policy continues to apply.

6. Where it is stored

Our infrastructure is hosted in India. Some service providers may process limited technical data outside India under their own contractual safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account and reading data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes. You may ask us to delete it earlier.

8. Security

Access is authenticated and restricted, data is encrypted in transit, and payment credentials never reach our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required by law.

9. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, withdraw your consent, nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to, and complain about how we have handled your data.

10. Children

The service is not offered to anyone below eighteen. We do not knowingly collect data about children, and will delete it if we learn we have.

11. Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage for essentials only: keeping you signed in, and remembering your display preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The version on this page applies from the date shown below.
