1. Who you are contracting with

astrodaivika.com ("we", "us", "the site") is operated by Astrodaivika, Ashish Saxena, based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. You can reach us at support@astrodaivika.com or +91 96438 00625.

You accept these terms by using the site, by submitting birth details to it, or by placing an order. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

The site is for adults aged eighteen years or above who are legally capable of entering a contract. Do not use it, and do not submit anyone's details to it, if you are below that age.

If you submit another person's birth details, you confirm that you are entitled to do so and that you have their consent.

3. What this service actually is

We compute birth charts and produce interpretations of them in the traditional Vedic system. Astrology is an interpretive tradition, not a science, and it is offered here for personal guidance and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing produced by the site is a statement of fact, a diagnosis, a prediction, or a promise. No outcome, event, benefit, timing or result described in any chart, report or reading is guaranteed, and we make no representation that any of it is accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose.

4. This is not professional advice

No content on this site, and no reading or consultation obtained through it, is medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, tax, insurance, employment or relationship advice. No professional, advisory, fiduciary or doctor-patient relationship is created between you and us.

Do not start, stop, delay, avoid or change any medical treatment, medication, therapy or professional consultation on the basis of anything obtained here. If you are unwell or in distress, consult a qualified doctor or mental-health professional. In an emergency, contact emergency services immediately. In India, the national mental-health helpline Tele-MANAS can be reached at 14416, at any hour.

5. Your decisions remain yours

You use this site and its output entirely at your own risk and remain solely responsible for your decisions and their consequences. Nothing obtained here should be the sole basis for any decision concerning health, money, marriage, family, children, career, property, litigation or travel.

6. Accuracy depends on the data you give us

Every chart is computed from the birth date, time and place you supply. We accept these as given and do not independently verify them. If any of them is wrong, approximate or uncertain, the chart and everything built on it is void, and no refund arises on that ground.

7. Accounts

Some features require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.

8. Readings by independent astrologers

Where the site lets you request a reading from a listed astrologer, that astrologer is an independent practitioner and not our employee, agent or partner. Their opinions are their own.

We provide the platform, the computed chart and the delivery mechanism. We do not warrant any practitioner's qualifications, methods, conduct or conclusions, and we are not a party to the interpretive opinion they give you.

9. Payments and taxes

Paid services are charged at the price displayed at checkout, together with any taxes shown there. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.

Charges are for the time and work of preparing a reading, not for any particular result or outcome.

10. Cancellations and refunds

An order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before work on it begins. Once a reading has been delivered it is non-refundable, because it is bespoke interpretive work prepared for you and cannot be returned or resold.

If we fail to deliver a paid reading, or deliver the wrong one, we will re-deliver it or refund it. Dissatisfaction with the content of a correctly delivered reading is not a ground for refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

None of this affects any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be contracted out of.

11. Intellectual property

The site, its software, chart engine, text, design and every report it produces are our property and are protected by copyright. On full payment you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your own reading for your own purposes.

You may not resell, republish, redistribute, broadcast, publicly post, or use for training any machine-learning system, any part of a reading or of this site, without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use

Do not use this site or its output to harass, threaten, defame, blackmail, stalk, discriminate against or take adverse action against any person; to make medical, legal or financial claims about anyone; or for any unlawful purpose.

Do not scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, overload, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, and do not impersonate any person or practitioner on it.

13. References to third parties in a reading

A reading may describe a spouse, partner, family member, colleague or employer in symbolic terms drawn from the chart. Such descriptions are interpretation, not statements of fact about any identifiable person, and must not be treated, repeated or presented as factual allegations against anyone.

A reading is addressed to the person who ordered it. No one else may rely on it, and we owe no duty of care to any other person who is shown it.

14. Availability

The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any feature, price or part of the service at any time.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, conditions and representations of any kind, express or implied, including those of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we, our operator, employees, contractors and listed practitioners accept no liability for any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury of any kind - whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential, and including loss of money, profit, opportunity, data, reputation or emotional wellbeing - arising out of or connected with this site, any reading, or any reliance placed on either.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site or a reading, or your submission of another person's details without their consent.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies. The date below records the last change.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site - without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer under Indian law to approach a consumer forum where you reside.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest of these terms continue in full force, and nothing in them excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A right we do not enforce immediately is not waived. Clauses on intellectual property, liability, indemnity and governing law survive any termination.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to a successor of the business; you may not transfer yours. Neither party is liable for a failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the disclaimer printed in a delivered reading, are the entire agreement between us. Where the disclaimer in a delivered reading and these terms both apply, they operate together, and neither reduces the protections stated in the other.

20. Grievances

Complaints may be sent to Ashish Saxena, Grievance Officer, at support@astrodaivika.com. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
